Website Coding - Summer 2022

User testing is a way to see how actual customers feel about your products or services.
User testing is done prior to release to ensure that your product/service is at its best
before being put on the market. When it comes to websites, different methods are used,
but the principal is the same. Real people will be observed interacting with your website
to gain insight into the usability of it. Another way to test usability is to test your
website across multiple browsers. To do this, you must first establish a baseline by
interacting with the site on your primary browser. Once you have a baseline, you can then
run testing on other browsers. Testing can be done manually or automated.
